Deutsches Stuhlmuseum Eimbeckhausen

Eimbeckhausen calls itself a chair village, and this museum shows why. In a former factory of the firm Wente & Söhne, it displays many chairs, tools and documents from the regional chair industry that began here in 1820. It also shows the work of the joiners, turners, weavers, upholsterers, stainers and polishers who made them.
