Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new museum starts with 21 days of Scale: every feature, free, with no card required. Before the trial ends, choose Pro or Scale in Settings → Plan. If you don’t, the app asks you to choose a plan before you carry on, and your catalogue, documents and files stay exactly as they were.
Is the price per member?
No. The price is for the whole museum and includes its members: up to 5 on Pro and 20 on Scale. Pending invitations count as members; people who only sign a document, such as a lender, do not.
What counts towards the object limit?
Every object in every collection of the museum. Objects in the trash do not count, and collections and documents are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change my plan or billing later?
Yes. Move between Pro and Scale, or between monthly and yearly billing, at any time in Settings → Plan. A year paid at once saves 17%.
What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Scale, with no limit on members, objects or trash history, infrastructure arranged for your institution and dedicated support. Write to us at grzegorz@collectionframe.com and we will prepare an offer.
