Turmuhrenmuseum Bockenem

In the middle of Bockenem's old town, on the Buchholzmarkt, this museum is devoted to tower clocks. It traces the story of the local J. F. Weule tower clock factory and of clockmaking in the town from 1848. On show are 40 working tower clocks, most of them restored as a volunteer effort by a former factory employee.
