Römermuseum Bedaium

Seeon-Seebruck, Bayern

Around 500 exhibits from Seebruck and its surroundings tell of Bedaium, the Roman settlement where the Alz flows out of the Chiemsee. A fort was added around 300, and its late Roman foundations were found in 1843 during construction of the church tower. The displays also reach back through some 4000 years of settlement in the area.
