Reuter-Wagner-Museum
Eisenach, Thüringen
Below the Wartburg in the Helltal valley stands the Neo-Renaissance villa that the Low German writer Fritz Reuter had built in 1866–68. Several of the living rooms of Reuter and his wife survive largely as they were. The house also holds the Richard Wagner collection of the Austrian Nikolaus Oesterlein.
