At the Hans Eisenmann House, the national park centre near Neuschönau has an interactive exhibition for the whole family, plus a cinema, café and reading gallery. Children can play in the forest workshop on a miniature model of Mount Lusen. Outside are animal enclosures with bears and otters in large, natural settings, a treetop walk with an egg-shaped lookout tower, a four-hectare plant area and a rock area showing the region's geology.
