Muzeum Diecezjalne w Łomży

Łomża, podlaskie

The museum gathers sacred art from the Łomża diocese: paintings and sculpture, the oldest from the early 16th century, and goldwork such as monstrances, chalices, reliquaries and cruets. Early printed books include a Kraków gradual of 1641 and a Gospel commentary printed in Mainz in 1602. The two-storey building also holds a reconstructed old parsonage and an exhibition on the diocese's history.
