Muzeum Kultury Kurpiowskiej w Ostrołęce

Ostrołęka, mazowieckie

A neoclassical townhouse from the 1820s on Bema Square in Ostrołęka houses this museum devoted to the Kurpie people and the history of the town and its region. The collections cover ethnography as well as history and art, so alongside Kurpie folk culture you will find the story of the area and its art. The museum fills the whole building, which was renovated in 1989–1992 and extended with a new wing in the courtyard.
