Muzeum Architektury we Wrocławiu

Wrocław, dolnośląskie

Poland's only architecture museum fills the rebuilt rooms of a former Bernardine monastery and church. The permanent displays show architectural fragments salvaged from buildings destroyed in the war and from excavations, such as oriels, keystones, tenement emblems and tracery. You will also find plans, drawings, models and photographs, including models of Wrocław from the Middle Ages and the 19th century. The Romanesque Jaksa Tympanum from the Ołbin abbey is a highlight.
