Museum Villa Stahmer

This villa from 1900 in Oesede now serves as the town museum of Georgsmarienhütte. The two-storey house has half-timbering in the gable and a tower with a pointed hipped roof, and it shows how an industrialist's family lived in the rural Osnabrück region in the early 20th century. Look for the comfortable gentleman's study and the bathroom in oriental style, one of the more unusual features of the interior.
