Museum Petersberg

Petersberg, Sachsen-Anhalt

This regional museum occupies a four-sided farmstead built in 1752, once a Prussian royal forester's house. The permanent exhibition covers the Augustinian canons' priory on the Petersberg and Konrad of Wettin. Its centrepiece is a model of the priory church and other buildings as they stood around 1200, alongside originals and replicas of charters, seals, household items and clothing.
