Museum Alte Ziegelei Westerholt
Wardenburg, Niedersachsen
A former brickworks in Westerholt, now a volunteer-run industrial museum, shows how bricks were made here. The works building dates from 1845–46, and production continued until 1966, first by hand-moulding in the open air, later with a Hoffmann ring kiln.
