Found in central Bremerhaven on Karlsburg, near Theodor-Heuss-Platz, this art museum grew from a 1908 bequest of 34 paintings, including works by Carl Hummel and Oswald Achenbach. It shares its building with the Kunsthalle run by the local art society.
