Katharinenhof Kranenburg

The museum occupies the buildings of a former convent of sisters, which stood here from 1446 to 1802. Afterwards they served as a school and a makeshift church, among other uses, and have housed the museum since 1961. An extension, the community centre opened in 1984, increased the exhibition space.
