Hamburg, Hamburg
This local history museum is devoted to Wandsbek, which became part of Hamburg in 1937. Maps, photographs and exhibits illustrate the district's past, including the role of Heinrich Carl von Schimmelmann. Since 1979 it has occupied the Morewood-Stift on Böhmestraße, a building from around 1870 that began as a home for the elderly.
