The former Miederhoff chain and fittings factory in Endorf now shows its machines for making chains and products from a hundred years of the firm's history. One of the original twelve forge fires still works; a smith is usually on hand to demonstrate, and visitors, children especially, can try forging under guidance. Tools and everyday objects from the village, including farming equipment, round out the collection.
