Freilandmuseum Grassemann

Warmensteinach, Bayern

A farmhouse from 1698 shows how people lived in the southern Fichtelgebirge, with living quarters, stable and barn under one roof. Later changes remain visible, including a cellar for storing potatoes added around 1760 and a barn extension from 1835. The protected building never received running water or electricity. It also serves as an information point for the nature park.
