Dom-Museum

Bremen, Freie Hansestadt Bremen

Beside Bremen's St. Peter's Cathedral, this museum traces the city's church history. It began with finds from the medieval bishops' graves, recovered during excavations in the 1970s while the cathedral was being restored. It is a good stop if you want to know more about Bremen's early bishopric and what lay beneath the nave.
