Apothekenmuseum Weißenburg

In the vaulted cellars of the Blaues Haus, a late nineteenth-century pharmacy has been set up, that of the Einhorn-Apotheke. You will see the period dispensing room, a herb and supplies store, and a laboratory explaining how suppositories, powders, tablets and ointments were made. There is also equipment for mineral water and fizzy lemonade, and a handwritten nineteenth-century recipe collection.
