This is a working conservation lab for wood and metal recovered from shipwrecks, set in a purpose-built building next to the Vistula Museum. It has blacksmith and boatbuilding workshops, tanks for treating waterlogged wood, X-ray equipment with a scanner, and a spectrometer for analysing metals. The second part is a study storeroom.
