Walcownia - Muzeum Hutnictwa Cynku

This former zinc rolling mill in Szopienice, built in 1903–1904 beside the Bernhardi smelter and a railway line, shows how zinc was turned into sheet metal. Run by the Giesche concern, it began with two melting furnaces, rolling mills and four steam engines. The listed building is part of the Industrial Monuments Route of Silesia.
