Technikmuseum Kratzmühle

Electricity, crafts and vehicles share one roof at the Kratzmühle technical museum, which fills more than 1,000 square metres. In the hydroelectric plant you can see a bevel gear from 1928 beside a modern generator gearbox, showing how the region was electrified. A wheelwright's workshop traces the road to cars and motorcycles, and there are also cobbler, tailor and knife-smith workshops, plus displays on the household, school and medicine.
