Stiftung Bundeskanzler-Adenauer-Haus

Bad Honnef, Nordrhein-Westfalen

High above Rhöndorf, on a hillside with wide views, stands the former home of Konrad Adenauer, West Germany's first chancellor, who died here in 1967. The house and its grounds keep his memory alive. A permanent exhibition in the neighbouring building, redesigned in 2017, tells the story of his life and politics.
