Brückenhofmuseum

This local history museum in Oberdollendorf occupies a half-timbered vintner's farmstead from the 17th century. Inside you will find collections on stonemasonry, quarrying and carpentry, rocks of the Siebengebirge, a shoemaker's workshop and a historic kitchen. A model layout recalls the Heisterbach valley railway, and more than 300 group photographs, old and new, line the displays. It stands by the path up to the Rheinsteig, not far from the wine trail to Heisterbach Abbey.
