Stiftlandmuseum

Waldsassen, Bayern

The history of the Stiftland region, above all the influence of Waldsassen Abbey on the town and its surroundings, is the theme of this local museum. A large collection of tools and workshops shows which crafts were once practised and how the craftsmen worked. It is housed in Waldsassen's old town hall and opened in 1975.
