The medieval Vogtturm on the town square houses an exhibition on the history, art and inventiveness of Zell am See and its surroundings. You will see puzzling prehistoric artefacts, a look at the Middle Ages and romantic paintings, with interactive stations that suit families. The tower itself is worth the visit.
