Stadtmuseum Amberg

The tour of Amberg's town museum starts in the era of the Electors and moves through views of the city from the 16th to the 20th century. You can walk through a grocer's shop, a bakery and the Adler pharmacy of around 1875, see an 1880 dentist's surgery with its instruments, and look at 200 years of clothing. It all fills the Baustadel, a 15th/16th-century storehouse with a later extension.
