Stadt- und Waagenmuseum Oschatz

Right by the town wall in Oschatz's old centre, this museum is spread across several historic buildings. The Ratsfronfeste of 1574 covers the town's story from prehistory through its garrison years to industrialisation. In the former Burschenheim, an exhibition follows the development of scale-making, with about 100 scales plus weights and accessories from Oschatz's weighing industry.
