Skanzen Vysoký Chlumec

In a stream valley stand some twenty village buildings from the middle Vltava region and the Central Bohemian uplands, moved here when they were threatened with demolition. There are timbered houses, granaries, a water-powered sawmill, beehouses, a dovecote and small wayside monuments from the mid-17th to early 20th century. Interiors show traditional crafts, how people lived and how they farmed.
