Seehundstation Norddeich
Norden, Niedersachsen
At Norddeich, orphaned harbour seals and grey seals are raised, between 80 and 180 animals a year, and later returned to the North Sea. The station looks after the whole Lower Saxony Wadden Sea coast and also serves as a national park centre, with information on its work and the habitat.
