Schweinemuseum

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

Everything here revolves around the pig. More than 50,000 pieces of art and cultural history are staged in over 27 themed rooms across more than 800 square metres. The museum sits in the former administration building of Stuttgart's slaughterhouse, an Art Nouveau building of 1912. It began in 1989 as a private collection and later moved to Stuttgart-Gaisburg.
