Raußmühle

This old farm estate lies well outside Eppingen, on the Himmelreichbach towards Sulzfeld. A mill is recorded here as early as 1334. The U-shaped complex, with loopholes in the stables and barn, goes back to the Thirty Years' War, when the isolated property was raided often and rebuilt several times. For generations it was run by the miller family known as Rußmüller.
