Visitors to Wolfsburg who like to learn by doing will find more than 350 hands-on stations here, about 40 of them made by artists. Across roughly 9,000 square metres, the themes are life, vision, energy, dynamics, the senses and maths, and many exhibits engage several senses at once. The building was designed by Zaha Hadid and opened in 2005. A science theatre adds talks and shows with live experiments.
