This archaeology museum fills the former Royal Arsenal in Warsaw and tells the prehistory of Polish lands through finds from excavations. Its displays were modernised in 2014 and are labelled in both Polish and English. The museum runs digs across the country and offers lessons, film screenings and demonstrations for visitors. Its research library holds more than 75,000 volumes.
