Památník Leoše Janáčka
Brno, Jihomoravský kraj
This garden house is where Janáček lived with his family from 1910 until his death in 1928, and where he composed works including the Sinfonietta. You can see his original study with its piano and four chairs carved with a lyre motif. A modern exhibition adds documents, books, manuscripts, music samples and video, and the house sometimes hosts contemporary art shows.
