Odenwälder Freilandmuseum
Walldürn, Baden-Württemberg
Seventeen buildings and small monuments from the Odenwald and Bauland regions, dating from the 17th to 20th centuries, stand in this open-air museum in Gottersdorf near Walldürn. They range from a labourer's cottage to a large farm with a kiln for drying green spelt and a brickworks hut. Gardens, fields, orchards, old farm animal breeds, machines and tools show simple village life.
