Niederrheinisches Museum Kevelaer

Kevelaer, Nordrhein-Westfalen

This museum covers the folk life, cultural history and art of the Lower Rhine. It occupies the Risbroecksche Haus, an 18th-century building acquired in 1954, and is among the larger museum buildings in the region. Its collections go back to a local heritage society founded in 1910 and include the holdings of the surveyor Michael Buyx.
