Muzeum w Brodnicy

Brodnica, kujawsko-pomorskie

The main building is a seventeenth-century Baroque granary, and further displays are spread across the cellars of a fourteenth-century Teutonic castle and the Chełmno Gate. In the granary, archaeology takes centre stage: one exhibition follows Mesolithic hunters from Mszano some 10,000 years ago, another covers the Brodnica region in the Middle Ages, with tools, everyday objects, weapons and models of fortified settlements. A good way to take in the history of the town and its surroundings.
