Opened in 2018 inside the still-active Augustinian abbey in Old Brno, this museum tells the story of the district, the Cistercian nuns and the Augustinian order in Brno. The display is split into four themed parts, including the founding of the convent and archaeological finds. Galleries of sacred and secular art show paintings that once hung in parts of the abbey closed to the public.
