The museum occupies the former Catholic People's School, built in 1790, where the Września children's strike broke out in 1901. Exhibits recall that protest, the Spring of Nations of 1848 and the Greater Poland Uprising. You will also find archaeological finds from Września and its surroundings, including items from the hillfort at nearby Grzybowo.
