The museum stands beside a war cemetery, in a building that served as an exhumation headquarters during the Oder crossing in 1945. Exhibits include uniforms and equipment of Polish, German and Soviet soldiers, documents, decorations, photographs, small arms, Katyusha and Andryusha rockets, and urns of soil from battlefields. An ethnographic display is upstairs.
