Muzeum im. Emeryka Hutten-Czapskiego

Kraków, małopolskie

Set in the Czapski palace and a neighbouring house on Piłsudski Street, this museum grew from the collection of Emeryk Hutten-Czapski, a bibliophile and numismatist. His holdings included coins, medals, orders, banknotes, prints and a rich library. He had a separate pavilion built for them, and a Latin inscription over its entrance speaks of national memorials saved from the storm of history. It is a branch of the National Museum in Kraków.
