The museum fills the upper floors of the Stork Tower, a fifteenth-century tower left from the old town walls. It shows old maps of the Warmia bishopric, town plans, photocopies of historic documents and fossils found while building the road from Olsztyn to Bezledy. The lower floors house an art gallery with painting exhibitions.
