Museum Winnweiler - Jüdisches Museum der Nordpfalz

Winnweiler, Rheinland-Pfalz

This museum is devoted above all to the Jewish history of the northern Palatinate. Three further themes sit alongside it: local history, the Gienanth family and their role in ironworking around Winnweiler, and the Wartenberg painter Ludwig Götz. It occupies a listed single-storey rendered building from the later 18th century, originally the administrative office of the County of Falkenstein.
