Museum Nymphenburger Porzellan
München, Bayern
On the upper floor of the Marstallmuseum in Nymphenburg Palace, the Bäuml collection shows more than 1,000 pieces from the Nymphenburg porcelain manufactory, founded in 1747, from its beginnings to shortly after the First World War. You will see perfume flasks, snuff boxes, candlesticks, tureens, busts, figurines and cups bearing portraits of the royal family or Bavarian landscapes. There are also porcelain plaques copying paintings from the Alte Pinakothek.
