Museum für Europäische Gartenkunst

Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen

The Museum of European Garden Art belongs to Schloss Benrath, a Baroque three-wing palace in the south of Düsseldorf. It was built between 1755 and 1771 for Elector Karl Theodor of the Palatinate, to designs by Nicolas de Pigage. The vestibule, the domed hall and the extensive park are the highlights.
