Museum der Stadt Butzbach

Butzbach, Hessen

Between Butzbach's two palaces, the town museum occupies a 15th-century administrative building with a modern extension. Its collection is known above all for costumes from the 18th to 20th centuries, which date back to the original collection of 1894. The cellar of the old building is largely given over to Roman-era archaeological finds.
