Modellbahnmuseum Muggendorf

Tinplate railways are the heart of this museum in the Franconian Switzerland. The main focus is the rare gauge S made by BUB of Nuremberg and by the Stadtilm works in Thuringia, the largest such collection open to the public in Germany. There are also gauge 0 models from old Nuremberg makers such as Bing, Distler and Fleischmann. Working gauge S layouts and an LGB garden railway can be seen too, along with original pieces from the real railway.
