Letecké muzeum Metoděje Vlacha v Mladé Boleslavi

Beside the airfield on the northern edge of Mladá Boleslav, this aviation museum is named after a local enthusiast who built his own aeroplane with a car engine in 1912. Inside you will find working replicas of historic aircraft, gathered over the years by a foundation set up in his memory. The building itself, completed in 2014, won the Building of the Year award and opened to visitors in spring 2015.
