The Czech comic strip Čtyřlístek (Four-Leaf Clover) by Jaroslav Němeček has its own museum in the château at Doksy. The town and the nearby Mácha Lake inspired the author: the comic's Třeskoprsky is really Doksy, the pond Blaťák is the lake, and the castle Bezzub is Bezděz. Opened in 2011, it is the only museum of its kind.
